1. About LawImmunity

LawImmunity is a safety and software application developed and operated by LawImmunity ("we", "us", "our"). The app enables users to record live emergency videos to secure cloud storage, share real-time GPS location with trusted nominees, and maintain a timeline of recorded evidence. Our service is designed to operate as a personal safety tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use LawImmunity. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before use.

3. Account registration

To use LawImmunity, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and payments

LawImmunity operates on a subscription model. A free trial may be offered to new users. After the trial period, continued use of core features requires an active paid subscription.

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policy (Apple or Google)
• Recording minutes are allocated per subscription tier and do not roll over
• Additional recording minutes may be purchased as an add-on at any time

5. Permitted use

You may use LawImmunity only for lawful personal safety purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the app to record, surveil, or monitor any individual without their knowledge in circumstances where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy
• Use the app to harass, intimidate, or harm any person
• Attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, or circumvent any part of the platform
• Add nominees without their knowledge or consent
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

6. Recording and evidence

Videos recorded through LawImmunity are stored on our secure servers and cannot be deleted by you or any third party from those servers — this is an intentional safety feature to preserve evidence integrity. You understand and accept this when you initiate a recording.

LawImmunity does not guarantee that recorded videos will be admissible as evidence in any legal proceeding. The admissibility of evidence is determined solely by applicable law and the relevant judicial authority.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of recording features complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any requirements to inform the other party that they are being recorded.

7. Location sharing

When you enable location sharing, your real-time GPS location is transmitted to our servers and made accessible to your approved nominees. You may disable location sharing at any time. By enabling this feature, you consent to the continuous collection and transmission of your location data.

8. Nominees

You are responsible for selecting appropriate and trusted nominees. LawImmunity is not responsible for any actions taken or not taken by your nominees in response to location data or emergency recordings. You should ensure that nominees are informed of their role and have agreed to participate.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and design within the LawImmunity application and website are the intellectual property of LawImmunity. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our service without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

LawImmunity is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that recordings will always be successfully transmitted or stored in the event of network failure, device issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

LawImmunity is a supplementary safety tool. It is not a substitute for calling emergency services. In any situation of immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services (such as 100, 112, or 911) first.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LawImmunity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, physical harm, or failure to reach nominees in an emergency.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that is unlawful or harmful. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
